Orchard Place Apartments Subsidized?

The complex is not subsidized however we do accept subsidy vouchers. Our property is “Affordable Housing”, with income
limits that must be met per household size.
Please refer to our website for the limit and rent rates @ Liveorchardplace.com. We also offer a project-based housing program
on our 1- and 2-bedroom apartments for lower income households. Please contact our office staff for details @

Q: Do the kids walk or does a bus
come through the complex?
A: Although our Elementary school is
right next door (very convenient), a school bus does come through the complex!

Do you allow pets?
A:
Cats, fish and birds are allowed.
Q: What
is included in rent?
A:
Heat, regular water, trash removal and recycling.
Q:
Do the townhouses have basements and/or garages?
A:
The townhouses are two story and do not have a basement however, the townhomes
offer ample storage including a storage shed.
The property does not have garages, but we offer off street parking and
assigned lots for each building.

Can you tell me about the community, what is close to the property?
A:
Orchard Place is located in the heart of Greece, NY. The city of Rochester is a short 15-20 minute
drive via the expressway. As you leave the complex you will find Wegmans, Tops
and Walmart within a 5-minute drive. Pharmacies,
restaurants, fast food, medical buildings, and shopping are
also just a short drive from the complex in every direction. The Basil Marella
Park is located directly across the street from the property; a great place to
take a walk! The town of Greece offers a community center,
library, splash pad and many town events that are always available to Orchard Place residents. There is so much to take advantage
of in our town, we encourage you to drive the area and take a look for
yourself!
Q:
What are some of things that your residents love about Orchard Place?
A:
The location! We are close to
everything. The property is a great suburban location with easy access to the
City of Rochester. We also have an RTS Bus Stop and Shelter onsite. If asked about the apartments and townhomes,
the residents enjoy the modern touch, large windows that let in lots of
Sunlight, beautifully tiled bathroom, and the extra storage for the townhomes!
Q:
I am interested, how do I apply?
A:
Our leasing staff can provide you an application either via email, mail (if out
of Monroe County), or you can stop at the office to pick one up. Applications must be completed in full and
dropped off at the rental office. If you
would like a tour or want to review your application, please contact the rental
office @ 585-225-8150 to schedule an appointment. P.S. There is no application fee!!
